My Waverunnin' Buddy

Cory's absolutely favorite thing to do is waverunning. My family introduced him to this crazy sport. It's addicting and who doesn't love to go. My parents invited us to go wave-running with them one night up at Jordanelle. They went up after work so we only had a little bit of time. Unfortunately Cory couldn't go with us, so I went with Isaak by myself. I was kind of proud of myself for going alone with Isaak in a car for a two hour car drive. It wasn't too bad. He's getting a little calmer in the car.

We put Isaak in the life jacket and the people around us probably thought we had just cut off his pinkie toe because that boy was screaming! SCREAMING! SCREAMING. He kept tugging at the life jacket and screaming. I thought he would stop as soon as we got on the wave-runner with my Mom, but no such luck. He just kept screaming and screaming and screaming. We went back to the dock and I must admit I was a little defeated and disappointed, but Randy told me to try to take him out alone on his wave-runner. It worked after about 5-10 minutes he stopped crying. He even tried to help me steer. After about 1/2 hour he would clap when he saw my Mom and Randy do a turn or go fast. He even started yelling woohoo with me. It was such a fun time. I'm grateful that Randy allowed us to use his wave-runner because it made the experience so fun. We did a little swimming and then we headed back up to the dock. Isaak loved it. I'm learning that he's a little shy at first when we try something new, but if I'm patient and give him enough time he will come around to it. I didn't have my camera with me because I was afraid it would get dropped in the water, so the only picture I have to leave you with is entitled Wave-runner hair. Isaak's hair stayed like this until I washed it up the next morning.Ahhh-stinkin' cute lil guy!

Whaaaaat??????

I'm happily brushing my teeth in the bathroom. I'm looking around wondering what else I could be doing while I'm brushing my teeth and I started to think to myself, hmmmm , I wonder what's in toothpaste? I picked up the tube with my free hand and continued brushing. As I was reading the back I noticed a WaRnINg : Do not use for more than four weeks at a time. What? Do not use for more than four weeks? I anticipated reading if you swallow more than what you are brushing your teeth with call poison control. I try to start adding up how long I've been using this toothpaste. Cory didn't like it, so I've been using it solo and it has surely been more than four weeks. Now I don't know what to do with it--do I take a break and come back to it or do I just keep using it? I mean it's been about three months and I still have quite a bit left and nothing seems out of the ordinary yet...But seriously I think that the warning on the toothpaste should at least be

My Lovely Baby Bump

My Mom was nice enough to come down and take some awesome pictures of me and my lovely baby bump along with my two favorite guys ever. I love how they turned out! I think I'm about 34 weeks in the pics, but I haven't gotten more than a few centimeters larger--as of yet! I will post a few and then I might post some more as I get them more arranged, but I love them!!!! I know my bump isn't in all of them, but Isaak wasn't the most cooperative guy ever that night. He wanted to run around and play, but alas my Mom worked some magic and caught some great pics of him. so there you have them!
