The hair

Yikes. Every time I go in and say I want my hair shorter they always cut it too short!!! I should say I just want a bit of a trim maybe three inches and then I'd get five. Don't worry Teana-I'm not talking about you. First it must be said that almost every time I go to the salon to get my haircut I have to go back the second day and get it fixed because one part of my hair looks like a poof ball. I've had a hard time getting a good haircut since I realized I had curly hair. I got my hair cut today and I wanted to go shorter so it could dry faster. I was imagining a few inches past my shoulders-well the stylist imagined an inch above my shoulders. I've never had my hair this short. I might have freaked out a bit as it set in. I tried to put my hair in a ponytail and it reaches, but its like a little fuzz ball not a ponytail. She also thinned it out so it wasn't poofy-so I actually feel kind of bald. I should say that it is a really great haircut and the color is super, but I'm just intimidated by the shortness. I made a list of benefits as follows 1. I get to see my hair length at several stages and I'll know what stage I'll like best 2. I can dry my hair in about five minutes, which is much faster than before 3. I won't get headaches when I wear my hair in a ponytail 4. I'll use less shampoo, conditioner, gel...etc 5. I'll have more time to spend doing something else 6. Maybe my neck won't get as sweaty??? I'm not so sure about that one. I feel too naked to post a picture yet, but eventually I will as long as nobody says the dreaded words-I think I liked it better longer--toooooo bad---its already gone!!! I can't glue it back on. Maybe its just me, but when I hear I liked it better long what I'm understanding is- I don't really like your hair-you kind of look funny now.

you have had your hair that short before but I think you might have been 11. So I guess Logan is not the majic hair cutting place after all... he he he ... and yes it is a shock to have you hair cut off before you are ready.. but it really does look cute... and it will grow fast. Try a clip instead of a rubber band.. for now...

oh Sadie, I want to see!! Please show, I'm sure it is cute! I cut Jared's hair and sometimes it is not so great but all Jared says is "the difference between a bad haircut and a good one is a week" so don't worry if u really don't like it, it will always grow back!

I will be up in Utah in a few days if there is anything I can do for you. I am sure it looks great you just aren't use to it.
I had the same experience on Thursday when I got my hair "trimmed." I told her to cut it past my shoulders, and it sits just above my shoulders. Hair dressers must live in opposite world.

Whaaaaat??????

I'm happily brushing my teeth in the bathroom. I'm looking around wondering what else I could be doing while I'm brushing my teeth and I started to think to myself, hmmmm , I wonder what's in toothpaste? I picked up the tube with my free hand and continued brushing. As I was reading the back I noticed a WaRnINg : Do not use for more than four weeks at a time. What? Do not use for more than four weeks? I anticipated reading if you swallow more than what you are brushing your teeth with call poison control. I try to start adding up how long I've been using this toothpaste. Cory didn't like it, so I've been using it solo and it has surely been more than four weeks. Now I don't know what to do with it--do I take a break and come back to it or do I just keep using it? I mean it's been about three months and I still have quite a bit left and nothing seems out of the ordinary yet...But seriously I think that the warning on the toothpaste should at least be

OW!!!!!

So yesterday we decided to go rollerblading. I know it’s a little out of style, but it is great fun. The first thing that I need to mention is that I have a great pair of rollerblades. They are speedy-I barely have to move. The second is that I’m not great at stopping. I can do it, but it’s hard to stop quickly. So the story-There is this trail by our house that is hilly and curvy. We start going uphill and we are going against the wind so it’s pretty hard. We were a huffin’ and puffin’ and sweatin‘--Cory more than me since he‘s actually pushing the stroller. I start to get a little nervous when Cory points out that we will be going downhill and the wind will push us. Hmmmm-I’m thinking to myself that means we’ll practically be flying. I tell myself it’s okay because I’ve gotten much better at stopping. I even reached the top of the trail before Cory and was telling my friend Tina that I had better get off the phone unless I wanted to end up getting plastic surgery from face planting.
