I am a page away from finishing our California Trip. I'm so excited. I thought I would never finish and at times as I would scroll through the three hundred pictures my mind would quickly start to feel overwhelmed and I would keep telling myself. It's okay Sadie you can only do one page at a time-just focus on a moment at a time. Finally I was scrolling through and realized that I had done all the pictures. I did it. I feel pretty awesome. The last page is an easy four picture page for which I already have the layout envisioned in my head, so if tonight after I finish shredding and slicing zucchini for our food storage then, only then will I be able to finish the page. Boring talk that I've just given you. I'm happily nesting away here in my house with the bright beautiful sunshine on a perfect fall day. Isaak and I bottled some tomatoes earlier today. Our food storage is really benefiting from this nesting behavior of mine. Isaak helped me skin the tomatoes and no I didn't let him use a knife. He just slipped the skins off of the tomato. I called it getting the tomato naked and Isaak kept asking, "Mommy is this one naked yet?" as he would pull one from the tomato-y water. I got a lot dirtier than I would have had I done it myself, but I knew Isaak would love peeling off the skins, which he did. Which reminds me I should probably shower and change my clothes real quick-I'm dirty and stinky since I taught NIA this morning. Just a couple of pages that I'm pretty proud of.
First of all it was easy to get that Widget of the Baby on, but I have no idea how to get if off. It's not that I don't want to remove it, I just don't know how. I'm not the smartest blogger on the block. I bet there is some button that says remove widget somewhere. So the big day finally arrived-if you want to know as little as possible I suggest that you read no further, but just scroll down and enjoy the pictures. I slept in on Thursday(last week)-it was glorious. I straightened my hair, shaved my legs and just slowly got ready for work. I then decided that it was essential that I pick up baby wipes from Costco. My body must have known that I would be needing them soon. I'm walking around Costco and all of the sudden I pee my pants. I was looking all around for a bathroom, but I couldn't see one anywhere. I thought well it was just a little leak and I know there is a bathroom at target and they are usually pretty clean. So I head over to target and I continue...
